Sour Cream Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    1/2 pt. (1 c.) dairy sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    17 round or oval butter crackers (Town House)
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish.
    In small bowl, stir together sour cream and garlic.
    Spoon mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
