Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine egg, milk, soft bread crumbs, melted butter,
    chopped onion and salt.
    Add salmon.
    Mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf in a greased shallow baking pan or loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.\tServes 4.
