Karon'S Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 peppers
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked with onions
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 c. Minute rice
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cut peppers into strips and boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Line pepper in an 8-inch square dish. Combine other ingredients except cheese and pour over pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
