Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Swiss
2 tsp. mustard
1 can crescent rolls
Preparation

Arrange rolls in pie plate.
Sprinkle with mustard; set aside. Cook zucchini and onion in oleo 10 minutes.
Add spices.
Beat eggs well.
Add cheese.
Mix all together.
Pour in pie pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
