Tuna Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 oz. can tuna
18 crushed saltine crackers
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 egg
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. oil or margarine
Preparation

With fork, mash tuna in bowl.
Add crackers, onion, egg and milk; mix well.
Let stand 3-4 minutes to allow crumbs to soak up some of the moisture.
Heat oil or margarine in frying pan over low heat.
Add tuna mixture by tablespoons.
Fry slowly until golden brown.
