Spit Roasted Sweet Bourbon Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. bourbon
1/4 c. soy sauce
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. beer
4 to 5 lb. spareribs
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine and heat all ingredients until brown sugar dissolves.
Lay ribs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour hot marinade over.
Marinate several hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
Grill and enjoy!
