Beef Stroganoff Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of vegetable soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain grease.
    Add soup and mushrooms. Simmer to blend.
    Add sour cream; do not boil.
    Heat and serve over buttered rice or Chinese noodles.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
