Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sifted self-rising flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. oil or shortening
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix yeast with 1/4 cup lukewarm water until dissolved.
    Stir in yeast and buttermilk.
    Roll and cut out.
    Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0.
