Fluffy White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water.
Cook 7 minutes, beating constantly with electric mixer.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
