Oriental Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Combine juice, oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, mustard and garlic salt in a small saucepan.
    Simmer 5 minutes; do not boil.
    Let cool.
    Pour marinade over chicken.
    Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
    Grill over hot coals, basting occasionally, until chicken is tender.
    (May be oven-broiled on rack or in marinade.)
