Caramel Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
6 large marshmallows
1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Brown the 3 tablespoons of sugar.
When brown, add evaporated milk slowly.
Add 2 cups of sugar and butter.
Cook until it forms a soft ball when put in cold water, about 240\u00b0.
Remove from heat and add marshmallows, beating well.
Beat until it begins to thicken.
Fold in pecans.
Mix well and pour in buttered dish. When cool, cut in squares.
