Sweet Dinner Rolls(Great For Sandwiches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1/2 cup warm water
    2/3 cup warm milk
    2 1/2 cups bread flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 eggs, room temperature
    1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
    Add butter, milk, eggs and half the flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add enough of the remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead on floured surface for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl, turning to grease the top of the dough.
    Let rise covered with damp cloth in warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size. Punch dough down and let rise again for 30 minutes or almost double in bulk. Shape as desired for rolls.
    Arrange on greased baking sheet.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
