Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sweet potatoes (2 large cans) drained
    1 c. white sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    3/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients and put in greased 3-quart casserole.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Combine brown sugar, pecans, flour and coconut.
    Sprinkle over casserole then drizzle with margarine.
    Bake another 15 minutes.
