Golubtzi (Stuffed Cabbage) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. rice (cooked)
1 onion, minced
2 Tbsp. fat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) tomato soup
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Remove outer leaves from cabbage and cook in salt water for 5 minutes or until leaves are flexible.
Drain and cool.
Add minced onion to fat and brown slightly.
Add beef and brown.
Add cooked rice and spices.
Drop tablespoon of meat mixture into stem end of each cabbage leaf.
Start rolling from stem end and fasten with toothpicks.
Place bundles in baking pan and pour undiluted tomato soup over them.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Add sour cream about 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
