Butternut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. butternut, cooked
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 stick margarine (I use 3/4 stick)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. coconut or 1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
Preparation
    Mix
    well.
    Cook
    in greased, uncovered, casserole dish for 1 hour or until done in medium preheated oven.
    Serve hot or cold.
