Zesty Corn Stuffing Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix (3 c.)
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook onion and celery in 4 tablespoons margarine until tender but not brown.
    Add the next 4 ingredients; bring to boiling.
    Pour over stuffing mix; toss together lightly.
    Stir in eggs.
    Shape into balls.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    When ready to bake, pour melted margarine over. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
