Baked Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
    3 tsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices 3/4 of the way through the potato.
    Put potatoes into a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and drizzle butter, then sprinkle chives and parsley over potatoes.
    Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake potatoes another 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
