Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears fresh corn or 1 can cream-style corn *
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat yolks slightly, then add all ingredients except egg whites.
    Beat whites until stiff, then fold into the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
