Chow Mein Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Clean the lettuce.
Put back 4 large leaves and shred the rest of it.
Toss lettuce, chicken, noodles, bean sprouts and onion. Refrigerate.
