Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns (frozen), thawed
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour in 2 or more buttered casserole dishes.
    Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes.
    Drizzle with 1/2 cup melted margarine.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
