Food Processor Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine, chilled and cut in slices
    3/4 c. cold buttermilk
Preparation
    Place blade attachment in food processor bowl.
    Add flour and margarine pieces.
    Pulse processor on and off several times to cut margarine into flour.
    Mixture should resemble coarse crumbs. With food processor running, pour cold buttermilk through chute into bowl.
    Continue processing for a few seconds until well combined and dough pulls away from sides of bowl to form a ball. Place dough on floured surface.
    Knead 5 or 6 times and roll to 3/4-inch thickness.
    Cut with floured cutter and place on lightly greased baking sheet.
    (I use nonstick spray.)
    Place in preheated oven.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes one dozen.
    Super easy, but delicious!
