Ingredients

2 egg whites (3 if medium size)
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites until dry and very stiff.
Add vanilla. Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by spoonful on foil-covered cookie sheet.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and turn off heat. Put cookies in oven and leave overnight or for at least 6 hours.
