Holy Hill'S Visionary Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, finely chopped
3 large bell peppers, veined, seeded and finely minced
6 large jalapenos, split lengthwise, seeded, veined and finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 Tbsp. chili powder
3 tsp. ground cumino
1 tsp. crushed basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. coriander, crushed
4 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Saute chopped onions, bell peppers and jalapenos until about half done.
Add the spices and saute for 20 minutes more.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 10 more minutes.
Since all jalapenos are not created equal, taste the salsa for hotness.
At this point, adjustments can be made to suit the palate of the cook.
