Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, boiled in their skins
6 slices bacon
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
dash of pepper
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. apple vinegar
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice thin. Fry bacon and drain on paper towel. Saute onion in the bacon grease until golden brown. Blend in the flour, sugar, salt, celery seed, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat.
