Carolina Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon cake mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts, optional
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour tube pan (10 x 4 inches), 12-cup Bundt pan, or 2 quart aluminum mold.
    Prepare 1 package lemon cake mix as directed except use 2 tablespoons less water. If desired, add nuts.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 45-55 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
    Dust with confectioners sugar and glaze (below) or serve with ice cream and fresh or frozen fruit.
