Eggs Benedict - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 English muffin
    1 slice ham, lightly sauteed (Canadian bacon round is also used because of its suitable shape)
    1 poached egg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Hollandaise Sauce
Preparation
    Toast the muffin lightly; place ham slice on the cut side.
    Top with the poached egg and cover all with the sauce.
    Yield:
    1 serving.
