Madelines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
Preparation

Grease special madeline pans (little shell-shaped muffin tins).
In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar and lemon peel.
Beat until light and triples in volume.
Add vanilla and fold in flour, then melted butter.
