Cheese-Radish-Orange Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. part-skim milk Mozzarella cheese
    radish slices
    mandarin orange wedges
Preparation
    Cut cheese in 3/4-inch cubes.
    Alternate on toothpicks with a radish slice and mandarin orange wedge.
    Makes about 50, about 17 calories each.
