Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese or 4 regular cream cheese, softened and beaten smooth
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
Preparation

Whip all ingredients except eggs until creamy.
Add one egg at a time, beating after each addition.
Grease 10-inch spring pan. Pour batter in.
Fill large roasting pan 1/2 full with very hot water.
Place spring pan in center of roasting pan.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for one hour.
Let cool in oven with door open until water cools down.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove spring pan.
Note:
Do not remove spring pan until after refrigeration.
