Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    30 oz. Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    4 c. cooked pinto beans
    chopped jalapenos to taste
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Cook meat, onion and green pepper in large pot.
    Drain. Return to pot.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for at least one hour after first bringing to a boil.
    Remove bay leaves before serving.
