Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 can refrigerator biscuits
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown the meat in a frying pan until crumbly.
    Drain the grease.
    Stir in the barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Grease a muffin pan with shortening.
    Press each biscuit into a cup in the muffin pan (you can stretch a 10 biscuit can to fill 12 muffin cups).
    Spoon the meat mixture into the biscuit cups and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400\u00b0.
