Barbecue Pork Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork shoulder roast
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. ketchup
    16 split hamburger rolls
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Trim and cut roast into 1-inch cubes.
    In Dutch oven, or crock-pot, combine all ingredients but rolls.
    Cover and simmer 4 hours, or until meat falls apart.
    Continue to cook and stir for 10 minutes.
    Skim off excess fat with slotted spoon.
    Remove meat; reserve liquid.
    Shred meat with a fork.
    Return to liquid, heat and serve on rolls.
