Smoked Chicken(Serves Four) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chickens (less than 3 lb. each)
8 oz. Dales sauce
8 oz. Worcestershire
4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash
Preparation

Into a gallon Ziploc bag, put 4 ounces each of Dales and Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons of Mrs. Dash.
Remove packet from chickens, wash and pat dry.
Put chickens into bags, seal up and turn frequently to marinate chicken thoroughly. Refrigerate and marinate for up to 10 hours (less or more is not important).
