Broccoli Cheese Potato Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
Preparation
    In 1-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir in soup, sour cream and mustard.
    Microwave on High 2 1/2 minutes, stirring once. Stir in cooked broccoli.
    Microwave 1 minute.
    Spoon over split baked potatoes.
