Stewed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 medium (optional)
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water or 1/2 cup of milk
Preparation

Place diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and butter in medium saucepan and boil to tender stage, do not over cook.
