Creamy Sorrel Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken or vegetable broth
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/3 lb. sorrel leaves
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 c. yogurt
    1 c. half and half
    sea salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a heavy pan, bring broth to a boil.
    Add next 3 ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool slightly and puree in a food processor or blender.
    Return to stove.
    Add next 2 ingredients.
    Stir until well blended and heated through.
    Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
