Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli, cooked
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, cooked
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 can mushrooms
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2-inch sq. Velveeta cheese
    bread crumbs, buttered
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in the margarine.
    Add soup and cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts.
    Mix together with broccoli and rice.
    Place in shallow dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
