Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. cheese (Velveeta)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. Milnot
    1 or 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and pepper.
    Mix together cheese, mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Milnot and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch dish in layers:
    meat mixture, then cheese mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
