Microwave Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
1 can (3 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, mostly drained
black olives
2 Tbsp. picante sauce (or to taste)
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix first six ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Stir.
Microwave until hot, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Add rest of the ingredients and microwave until hot and cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
