Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 egg
    1 c. blueberries (fresh, frozen or canned), drained
Preparation
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Add egg, shortening, sugar and milk.
    Beat only until smooth.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill well oiled muffin pan 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
