Ranch Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. bread flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. honey
    3 c. buttermilk
    2 (1 oz.) pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
    2 tsp. Molly McButter
    1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In saucepan, combine honey, buttermilk, salt, Molly McButter, Ranch dressing mix and fat-free mayonnaise. Stir and warm mixture slightly.
    Do not boil; set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups of flour with yeast and mix. Gradually add warm buttermilk mixture to flour and mix thoroughly. Gradually add almost all remaining flour (reserve 1/2 cup) and continue to mix.
    Turn dough out on floured surface and use remaining 1/2 cup flour while kneading dough when it becomes too sticky.
    Knead dough for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Place dough in large bowl sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Spray top of the dough lightly, also.
