German Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork chops (boneless or not)
    1 1/2 large onions, chopped
    3 or 4 apples, sliced
    1 can or 1/2 jar sauerkraut
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 bottle Riesling wine
Preparation
    Brown chops in butter in Dutch oven or thick pot.
    Add onions and cook lightly.
    Add apples and drained sauerkraut; sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Cover with wine and cover.
    Cook in oven 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    You can also put some potatoes in if desired.
