Caramel Pecan Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    20 caramels, unwrapped
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 or 9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until smooth. Combine caramels and milk in a microwave safe bowl and cook at full power for approximately 1 minute, stirring often. Add pecans to melted caramels. Pour into pie crust. Top with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Serve with chocolate and/or caramel sauce on top.
