Eleanora'S Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Beat the egg in 1 cup measuring cup.
    Add vinegar; fill with water to make 1 full cup.
    Add the egg, vinegar and water mixture to the flour mixture. This can be rolled and rerolled and still have a good texture. Great for beginners.
