Swift Creek Mill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    5 or 6 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Pour simmering water over sugar, margarine and salt.
    Stir; cool slightly and add yeast, eggs and flour in that order.
    Let rise in a bowl until doubled in size.
    Beat down and spoon bread dough into greased pans (two loaf pans or 1 tube pan).
    Let rise until 1 inch from top of pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour for tube pan or 35 minutes for loaf pans.
