Ingredients

1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Sugar
3/4 c. Scalded Milk (add while hot)
6 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Pinch of Salt
Preparation

Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and whip for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth.
Pour immediately into individual serving glasses or dishes and refrigerate until serving time.
