Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. beet juice
    1 pkg. pectin
    5 c. sugar
    1 small pkg. raspberry or strawberry Kool-Aid (unsweetened)
Preparation
    Clean beets thoroughly and cook in 6 cups water, boiling slowly so you will have 4 cups liquid.
    Measure juice and add pectin.
    Bring to a boil; add sugar.
    Boil for 3 minutes, then add Kool-Aid.
    Stir well.
    Let cool slightly; pour into sterilized jars and seal.
