Mulligan Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    4 to 5 potatoes, cubed
    4 to 5 carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    chopped celery (if desired)
    1 small can green beans
    1 small can corn
    1 can tomatoes
    salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    water (enough to cover)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook on medium heat for approximately 3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender.
