Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) prepared pastry shell
    1 c. salmon
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. dill
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Prick the surface of the pastry shell with a fork.
    Prebake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
