Goldenrod Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs
1 1/2 c. medium white sauce
4 slices hot buttered toast

Preparation

Chop eggs and add to white sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over toast.
Grate or press yolks through sieve; sprinkle over eggs.
